7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is served Thursday
through Sunday with a special continental cuisine from 5 - 9pm.
Our chef Bret Bohlman is a graduate of San Francisco's
California Culinary Institute. We can serve you a number of popular
dishes, including Steak Diane, prime rib, chicken pesto fettuccine,
Cajun pasta, steak and lobster.
The
Golden Star Saloon, a Chicago Style pub, is reminiscent of popular
saloons of the 1800's. We feature El Dorado and Amador County wines,
and several draft beers. Also available are a variety of appetizers
ranging from sautéed mushrooms to potato skins.
