I found the Ione Hotel 4 years ago
as a Dad looking for dinner on Father's
day. I haven't looked back since.
As a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San
Francisco, I've had the pleasure to learn from the Cypress
Club, Vavonday and the Executive dining room at Oracle.
It was hard to leave the Bay Area scene but family brought
me back to Sacramento. Taking on the Executive Chef Position
at the Golden Star has been quite rewarding. I love having
control of the menu and visiting local wineries to develop
food and wine pairings.
I'm proud of having established one of the largest wine
selection in Amador
